·         The Whiting Refinery Modernization Project (WRMP) is a multi-billion dollar renovation project that will allow for a more efficient refining method of Heavy Canadian Crude Oil. 

·         Capturing, analyzing, and creating graphical renditions of project technical performance (progress) through implementation of earned value management (EVM) techniques; comparing earned value to planned value, creating SPI and CPI Reports and providing corrective action plans to Project Managers in order to complete the project on time and within the planned budget constraints. 

·         Maintenance of the WRMP integrated schedule by conducting constant baseline integrity analysis, weekly reporting (SPI), and thorough auditing of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), resource allocations, and project coding.    

·         Assessing, analyzing, and prioritizing Crane and Transporter allocations; and serving as Liaison between the three (3) major EPCm companies (Fluor, Foster Wheeler, and Jacobs) and the client in order to ensure critical path integrity for the integrated project schedule. 

·         Planning, scheduling, and reporting on the progress of: infrastructure improvements and development, construction of Heavy Haul Routes both inside and outside of the refinery, and receipt, lay down, & transportation of Capital Modules and Equipment to each pillar for installation.

·         Tracking and reporting on the progress and performance of project construction activities, utilizing Primavera, Mile Marker, and Excel.  Mile Marker is a field progress & performance tracking tool that is utilized by Fluor Project Controls as a method of measuring and scoring earned value, planned value and various other facets of Earned Value Management methods.
